'This is the 150 Kettlebell Swing Challenge - The aim in this one is to complete 150 Kettlebell swings as fast as you can, with proper and correct form. WATCH: How To Improve Your Kettlebell Technique: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TK4TIGmJCSY Every time you break swing or need a rest you have to do 10 full sit ups and 5 burpees. You may be able to do it all in one go or like me you have to stop 4/5 times. I used a 20kg because you want the weight to be quite heavy but i\'d suggest between 10kg - 20kg depending on your ability. Watch how I demonstrate form at the start.
